Raymond Simpson Associates Limited was established in 1986 by managing director Raymond Simpson FCIOB MRICS MAPM, he is also the past chair of CIOB Scotland, and he trained in Aberdeen with Private, Local Authority Architects and the Aberdeen City Planning and Building Control. He can also boast more than 40 years of experience within the build environment. The private practice opened in 1986 offering several services, including part or complete architectural services, project management, building surveying and consultancy on building Standards.
The team is made up of Principal Raymond Simpson and graduates Mark Urquhart BSc (HONS) and William Mitchell BSc (HONS) both who qualified from Robert Gordon University (RGU), graduating from Scott Sutherland School of Architecture and Gail Gerrie, who deals with all of our admin.
